REFUND POLICY

At The Fleamarket, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@the-fleamarket.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Packaging:
To ensure the safe return of the item, please securely package it to prevent any damage during transit.
We recommend using the original packaging if it is available.

5. Return Confirmation:
Once your return package reaches our facility, we will notify you via email.
Please allow sufficient time for the return to reach us and for the refund to be processed.

6. Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as Face Masks, Gift cards and Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

8. Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

9. Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.

10. Undelivered Packages:
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, we kindly ask customers to follow these steps:

i. Check with family members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package on behalf of the customer.
ii. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person, such as specific delivery location (e.g., "Left under the table on the back porch").
iii. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order if the tracking status shows that the package was delivered.
